Tired of that same old workout routine...or better yet, enjoying the fact that you don't work out? Here is a link some easy plans that can get you in shape. I'm a personal fan of push ups. I do 100 or so a day...most days anyway. It's interesting what people will come up with though. Shovelgloving involves a sledge hammer and an old sweatshirt. Ha...Gallagher would be so proud. I have to say though...i bet it works. You tube has some videos if you really care.
